John Abraham recently shared some tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, especially for diabetic patients, to mark the 'World Diabetes Day'.
"Eat well, eat right, and workout doesn't mean going to a gym. Even if you go for brisk walk or you play a sport or just go for walks is I thing is healthy enough and just stay away from bad habits that's most important," he said.
The 'Dhoom' star, along with singer Raageshwari, also extended his support to the 'Diabetes awareness programme' initiated by Hinduja Hospital.
"Diabetes is a really big concern for India. India has got the largest case of diabetes in the world as we just heard which is really shocking. But Diabetes is curable with insulin and so we all have gathered here to spread the awareness.
Me, Raageshwari, all the doctors and the endocrinology department of the Hinduja Hospital have come together just to talk about diabetes," the 40-year-old actor said.
