According to a source, the 'Baby' hitmaker has been using sizzurp regularly, which is typically codeine and promethazine mixed with Sprite and a Jolly Rancher, TMZ.com reported.
Bieber and his crew refer to it as "lean", and it's a very dangerous narcotic that can trigger seizures.
