Justin Bieber has angered his neighbors around his new apartment in Beverly Hills.
The 20-year-old Canadian musician, who has hired out two entire floors of a Beverly Hills condo, has upset his neighbors by "hotboxing" the entire penthouse suite with marijuana fumes and hosting "messy" parties, Mirror reported.
Sources revealed that the residents have already called the homeowners' association after one loud party went on until 4am and the police have been called twice.
