Kanye West recently explained why he doesn't smile so much saying that not smiling makes him smile.
The 'Stronger' hitmaker, who gave a speech at The Daily Front Row's inaugural Fashion Los Angeles Awards, asserted that back when he was working on his album 'Yeezus', he saw this book from the 1800s and it was velvet-covered with brass and everything and he looked at all these people's photos and they look so real and their outfits were incredible and they weren't smiling, E! Online reported.
West added that when one sees paintings in an old castle, people are not smiling because it just wouldn't look as cool.
West also spoke on how why he believes fashion is God's work.
