Kelly Brook has promised to never undergo a cosmetic surgery, as she thinks it wouldn't look good and is often a sign of low self-esteem.

The 34-year-old model said that she just wants to look like herself and not a plastic version of what she is, Contactmusic reported.

Brook, who is in a on-off relationship with Danny Cipriani, said that when someone looks at a person who has done a surgery, then they don't appreciate it.
