Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said the killers of two foreign nationals would be punished as per the law of the land.
While addressing a reception at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre here, Hasina said there was no place for terrorists in Bangladesh and perpetrators of crimes would surely be caught and brought to justice, The Daily Star reports.
She again accused Bangladesh National Party (BNP) chief Khaleda Zia for the killings. She said that Zia was now ordering the killing of foreign nationals after realising that the burning of innocent people has not yielded benefits.
Earlier, Hasina had accused Zia of destabilising the country through the killings of foreign nationals.
