Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Friday said he will meet with Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Mulayam Singh Yadav and will try to end any misunderstanding that exists between the Janata Parivar and the SP.
"I will meet with Mulayam Singh Yadav today. Whatever misunderstanding has been there, will talk and try to resolve the matter," Lalu told media.
"Janata Parivar has not become weak. We are all part of the family," he added.
Lalu had on Saturday announced five seats for the Samajwadi Party in the grand alliance for the Bihar assembly polls.
The Samajwadi Party, on Thursday, withdrew its support from the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD)-Janata Dal (United [JD (U)] alliance just before the Bihar polls.
