American professional basketball player Lamar Odom has reportedly checked out of rehab a day after seeking help for his alleged drug problems.
According to sources, the 32-year old NBA star checked into the drug and alcohol center on Wednesday morning and left Thursday afternoon with an assistant, and was later spotted in Los Angeles, People Magazine reported.
Meanwhile, his 29-year old wife, Khloe Kardashian was unaware that he had checked into a rehab.
According to New York Post, sources revealed that the reality star was in the dark about because the couple hadn't spoken since she issued him an ultimatum last week, imploring her husband to either get help or see their marriage end.
Sources added that Odom's drug dealer revealed he that spent at least 50,000 dollars over the last three years to sustain his drug abuse.
Last week, he was arrested for DUI and had previously admitted that he violated NBA drug policies twice in eight months back in 2001, and spoke in 2003 of his marijuana use.
