Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan was reportedly spotted shopping with hotelier Vikram Chatwal, who had been recently busted for heroin possession, in New York City.
According to sources, Lilo had decided during therapy session while completing her 90-day rehab stint to cut out all her toxic friends from her life to focus on sobriety and make a clean break from substance abuse, but her shopping spree with Chatwal suggests otherwise, TMZ reported.
The 41-year old hotelier, who has been to rehab approximately 4 times since 2009, was busted in April after cops say he tried to get on a plane with cocaine, weed, heroin and various prescription pills.
