Madonna puts Lady Gaga feud rumors to rest

Madonna has addressed to the rumors of feud with Lady Gaga and has said that the leaked demo was not directed towards Gaga.

The 56-year-old pop star reposted from Gaga's Instagram to which she added the trademark face netting that has become a marketing meme for her upcoming album 'Rebel Heart', People Magazine reported.

The American singer asserted that there were people that were so hateful they wanted to create feuds between strong women that did not exist and did not wish ill will towards any other female artist and she never had.

Gaga posted the original image to her Instagram recently with the caption, "Careful witch, I'll put a spell on you. Or maybe I already did", the picture was posted the same day that Madonna's manager, Guy Oseary, answered questions about the alleged rivalry in a Twitter Q and A with fans.

The rumors of a feud started back in August, after several tracks from the singer's unreleased 'Rebel Heart 'album leaked online and it was speculated that some of the lyrics might be a shot at Gaga.
