Michael Phelps has revealed that he is enjoying his retirement from swimming and is not planning to make a comeback to the sport.
The Olympic gold medalist told German daily Die Welt that he is very happy with his life and is enjoying his retirement, news 24 reported.
He further said that he spends much of his time playing golf.
When asked if his retirement was permanent, the 18-time Olympic champion said that he doesn't know.
The 27-year-old swimming star insisted he wouldn't simply vanish from the scene.
He said that he will be seen at the edge of the pool at the world championships, and will watch the 2016 Olympics in Rio.
