MP train tragedy: Suresh Prabhu assures all possible help

Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu, who is scheduled to visit the Madhya Pradesh twin train mishap site, today said that his ministry will extend all possible help to those affected by the tragedy.

"Me and Sinha ji (MoS Railways) are going to visit the spot. We were monitoring the situation throughout the night. The incident is very unfortunate. We will extend all the help possible," Prabhu told media persons.

At least 28 people died after two passenger trains, Kamayani Express and Janata Express, derailed within minutes of each other while crossing flooded tracks in Madhya Pradesh last night.
