Right-hand Pakistan batsman Mukhtar Ahmed broke the country's domestic Twenty20 record on Tuesday.
The 22-year-old scored 123 runs off 67 balls that included three sixes and 18 fours in the Cool and Cool Haier Mobile T-20 Cup Group A match.
Ahmed has surpassed the previous record set by opener Imran Farhat. Farhat had scored 115,the Express Tribune reported.
Mukhtar's score helped his Sialkot Region team achieve a seven-run win over the Karachi Region Whites.
Ahmed made his T20 international debut against Bangladesh at Dhaka.
