The International Tennis Federation found themselves on the receiving ends of Australian teen tennis star Nick Kyrgios' scathing tweets, as he accused them of drug testing him more than other players.

Kyrgios had won a wildcard to the Barcelona Open but on touching down in Spain he found a team of ITF doctors waiting for him.

Kyrgios' first tweet said that just to make things a bit more interesting the ITF decided to do a doping test on him, the day he arrived from Australia, News.com.au reported.

However, the 19-year-old tennis star was far from done venting his frustrations as his next tweet read, 'Blood and Urine test, unbelievable, they have tested me twice in about 2 months. Would love some other players to get tested'.

Kyrgios has since deleted the tweets, the report added.
