Omar Abdullah unfurls national flag in Srinagar

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah unfurled the national flag on the occasion of India's 68th Independence Day.

After hoisting the flag, he addressed the gathering. In his address, he announced a cut in power tax from 22 to 10 per cent for residents of the state.

He also said, "The next government of Jammu and Kashmir will hopefully be headed by me. I am fighting these elections to win them".
