One way traffic was allowed to ply on the strategic Srinagar-Jammu National Highway, which had been closed for all types of vehicular movement for three days.

As per reports, vehicles were allowed to ply from Jammu to Srinagar although they were required to cross Nagrota by 9 a.m. and no traffic is to be allowed from Jammu towards Srinagar after that.

Heavy landslides due to a spell of rains and snowfall had led to the closure of the over 300-kilometre-long highway.
