Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on Sunday said that the doors of the Congress open for the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) should the latter evinces any interest to forge any tie-up.
"As far as alliances are concerned, we are talking to few party's, as soon as we have finalized anything then we will let you know. Well as far as TRS is concerned we have kept the doors open, but if they keep their doors closed for the Congress, what do we do," Singh said.
On March 4th the TRS ruled out its merger with the Congress ahead of the upcoming general elections. Earlier, it was hinted that the TRS - the party which led the fight for the creation of Telangana will merge with the Congress.
