P Kashyap crashes out of Indonesian Open

Ace Indian shuttler Parupalli Kashyap today lost his semi-final match 21-12, 17-21,19-21 against higher placed Japanese Kento Momota in Indonesia Open Super Series Premier Badminton tournament at Jakarta. With this loss, India's campaign in the tournament has come to an end.

On Friday, Kashyap had stunned China's world champion Chen Long, 14-21, 21-17, 21-14 to reach the semi-finals.

Earlier, Saina Nehwal had bowed out after losing to lower placed Shixian Wang of China, 21-16, 12-21, 18-21.
