Lewis Hamilton has said he knows that the image he is building is "rock and roll" and insists that he wants it that way only.
The Formula One champion said that he doesn't want to be a jet-set star, adding that he wanted a rock and roll lifestyle, The Mirror reported.
The Briton said that he didn't want to live as a world champion as everyone expected a world -champion to be. Instead he wants to live how he perceives a world champion should be and that was what he trying to do - when he was at the track.
Hamilton has turned himself into one-man promotional crusade for the sport that has been losing its popularity.
He recently posted a wide-eyed mock rant on social media and a picture of a goat in sunglasses.
He said that he just lives his life and often take a picture to show where he was, adding that there was no conscious wanting to put anything out there on social media.
