A Delhi Special Court on Friday granted permission to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to conduct polygraph test on former Star TV CEO Peter Mukherjea, who was arrested in connection with the Sheena Bora murder case.
A Mumbai Esplanade court had yesterday extended Mukherjea's CBI custody till November 30.
Peter was arrested on November 19 in connection with the Sheena Bora murder case.
Peter's wife Indrani Mukherjee is already in prison for allegedly murdering Sheena Bora, who is Indrani's daughter from an earlier relationship.
