Premier League clubs have increased their spending spree on agents' fee by 15 million as they had splashed out a whopping 130 million pounds on agents last year.
According to the data released by Premier League, Liverpool were the highest payers as they splashed out 14.3 million pounds to the sports' agents ahead of Manchester United, which had spent approximately 13.8 million pounds.
Meanwhile, United's local rivals Manchester City are third with 12.4 million pounds followed by Chelsea and Arsenal (both paid out 11.9 million pounds).
According to Sport24, there were total of 172 loans, 542 new or improved contracts, 573 outbound transfers and loans that have taken place in the Premier League.
At the time of transfer,fees are not only paid to agents but also to the players when they sign a new contract with their club.
