Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari has said that his party will not join hands with ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
He made this remarks during a meeting of the party's core leadership here on Wednesday.
Zardari said that the party will not be a part of the Grand National Dialogue with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), reports Samaa TV.
He questioned that what kind of dialogue will take place when N-League does not want to stay in contact.
Sharif had recently proposed of initiating a 'Grand National Dialogue' with other political parties following his ouster by the Supreme Court.
The PPP leader also dismissed reports that democracy in the country is under threat.
'Why Nawaz Sharif did not remember Article 62 and 63 of the constitution, Grand National Dialogue and the new social contract in his tenure?' he asked.
