Preneet Kaur Wins Patiala seat
Preneet Kaur of the Indian National Congress won the Patiala Urban bye-poll election on Monday.
Kaur, the wife of former chief minister Amarinder Singh, won by a margin of over 23,000 votes.
The seat had fallen vacant after Amarinder Singh got elected to Lok Sabha from Amritsar.
