Lalu Prasad Yadav admitted to Asian Heart Hospital in Mumbai
Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav was admitted to Asia Heart Hospital in Mumbai today.
According to reports, he is currently under observation and might also undergo a heart surgery as two of his valves need replacement.
Today is a crucial day for Bihar, as counting of votes cast during the recently held assembly by-polls is underway in Chhapra.
Sharing a dais for the first time since 1991, Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and Janata Dal-United leader Nitish Kumar joined hands to campaign together for the by-elections last month after both suffered heavy defeats in the Lok Sabha elections.
