President dissolves 15th Lok Sabha, clears way for new Govt. formation
President Pranab Mukherjee has dissolved the 15th Lok Sabha at the advice of the outgoing Union Cabinet.
Rashtrapati Bhavan Press Secretary Venu Rajamony said that the President accepted the advice and signed the Order dissolving the 15th Lok Sabha.
The outgoing Union Cabinet, in its last meeting had on Saturday, recommended to the President to dissolve the Lok Sabha with immediate effect.
