Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader and former Jammu and Kashmir (J and K) chief minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, has congratulated BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) prime minister- designate Narendra Modi for his party's landslide victory in the Lok Sabha polls.
In a statement in Srinagar on Sunday, he expressed the hope that the Modi government would pursue an agenda which would be politically inclusive and developmentally intensive.
Both the BJP and the PDP have swept the recently concluded Lok Sabha polls, sharing three seats each in Jammu and Kashmir defeating their rivals -- the Congress and the National Conference (NC).
