Queen Victoria's 100-year-old silk bloomer has been put up for sale with a guide price of 2,000 pounds.
The underwear with a 52 inch waist is a size 36, which belonged to Britain's longest serving monarch, comes with a 66-inch bust chemise both embroidered with the monarch's crest - and are fully authenticated, the Daily Express reported.
The 19th Century silk undergarments were gifted to a member of staff at the Royal household by the Queen herself as thanks for long service and will go under the hammer at Westernhanger Auctioneers in Stamford, Kent, on October 12.
Auctioneer Michael Hogben, said that this is definitely one of the strangest items he has ever had the opportunity to sell in his 40-odd years in the business.
