Director Ram Gopal Varma has recently unveiled the first look of his upcoming Bollywood flick, 'Veerappan.' Interestingly, his film will have a Box Office clash with Anurag Kashyap's 'Raman Raghav.'
The 54-year-old director unleashed the look in his Twitter spree, where he also dished about the title roles of the movie.
The tweet serried started with the post, "#veerappanfirstlook ..Not a remake of Kannada superhit 'Killing Veerappan' completely Remade in Hindi as a biopic."
He then wrote, "He killed 97 policemen,184 people and 900 elephants..734 crores were spent to capture him @veerappanfirstlook"
Claiming that he is the deadliest criminal in the whole world, Verma revealed that Veerappan's hunt involved Forest department, Border security forces and 1200special task force people, adding that search for him took 20 years across borders of three states in a jungle spanning 16000 square kilometers.
Further, talking about his clash with Anurag Kashyap's flick, the filmmaker tweeted, "Intrstngly, my VEERAPPAN is releasing on May 27, Same day as AnuragKashyap's RamanRaghav...May the better villain win!"
