'Revived' Selena Gomez reveals about lupus diagnosis, chemotherapy

Selena Gomez has recently opened about her lupus diagnosis and revealed that she even went through chemotherapy.

Talking about the reason why she was away, the 23-year-old songstress said that she was diagnosed with lupus and went through chemotherapy and added that that is what her break was all about, reports E! Online.

Gomez, who is making her comeback with the album 'Revival,' further said that she wanted to make a shout out to her haters and say that they have no idea what she is going through.

The 'Good For You' hit-maker added that she locked herself away until she was confident and comfortable again.
