Rihanna's account on Instagram has been temporarily suspended after a technical issue disabled the page.
The 27-year-old Barbadian recording artist had recently posted some risque pictures from her sexy spread in French men's magazine Lui on her Instagram.com account and was forced to remove the saucy photographs because they violated the social media company's rules on nudity, however, Instagram bosses insist that had nothing to do with the technical problems, Contactmusic reported.
The photo-sharing site issued a statement to apologize for the R and B star's account being mistakenly caught in one of their automated systems which resulted in it being "very briefly disabled"
The 'Umbrella' hitmaker has 12 million followers on Instagram.
