Lindsay Lohan, who recently told Oprah Winfrey that an alleged miscarriage didn't allow her to film her reality show, has reportedly told the judge of an ongoing lawsuit that she needs more time to deal with the case because of the 'miscarriage'.

According to Radar Online, the 27-year-old troubled star, who is facing a lawsuit filed by her former partners in a leggings company, never responded to the papers and tried to get out of it by warming up to the judge through her 'sad story'.

Lohan is said to have written a document which claims that her time in the rehab, dealing with sobriety and a miscarriage had really weighed her down and she needs more time for the case.

The judge has granted her more time to submit her response.

However, sources have insisted that the 'Mean Girls' star's miscarriage story was just a trick to gain sympathy.
