America's popular Television personality Sharon Osbourne has recently revealed that she believes Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw were unfit to be 'X Factor' judges.

The 63-year-old star, after resuming her jury chair in the talent show, took troll at the two young judges and said they do not have what it takes to be a success on the programme, reports the Sun.

"If I was a contestant and there was a young girl or guy on the panel, who's had success but not long success because they are so young, and they were telling me what I should and shouldn't do, I would tell them what to do," she explained.

Adding, "I would. I think when you are advising people on their career, it always comes better from people who have had experience through age and who have had a long career themselves."

Sharon, who will now be seen judging the show alongside Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh this season, explained how the current jury is different from the previous judging panel.

Earlier, Rita was also slammed by Louis, who blasted her and said that she has "turned last year's 'X Factor' into a fashion show, knowing nothing about talent."

The mother-of-three lashed out at the 25-year-old songstress after the 2015 show's review dropped down leading to a total change of the panel.
