Riteish Deshmukh's 'Banjo' teaser gets 10m views

Actor Riteish Deshmukh, who is leaving no stone unturned to promote his upcoming film 'Banjo', has expressed gratitude to his fans for showing ten million views on the movie's teaser.

Taking to his Twitter handle, Riteish, 37, tweeted, "10 Million for the Banjo Teaser - 3 days to #BanjoTrailer."

Released on May 30, the teaser showed the 'Masti' actor as a slum dweller with big dreams and introduces him as 'Banjo ke duniya ka Bachchan', while the movie's leading lady Nargis Fakhri is seen in a tribal avatar, sporting a navvari sari in the teaser.

The much impressive teaser, which has received thumbs up from the members of the film fraternity including Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Jackky Bhagnani, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Ram Gopal Varma, also features Abhishek Bachchan's voice as he introduces the film's lead actor Riteish.

The official trailer of the movie would be released on Tuesday.

Directed by Ravi Jadhav, the forthcoming flick will see Riteish portraying the role of a Banjo player and the movie is slated to hit the theatres on September 23.
