Rupee opens at 66.60 against US dollar

The Indian Rupee opened at 66.60 in early trade on Wednesday.

The rupee on Tuesday had strengthened from Monday's two-year low level at 66.83, after the domestic equities markets rose over 420 points.

Meanwhile, the markets opened on Wednesday with Sensex currently at 25,682.87, up 365.00 points and Nifty up 130 points at 7818.
