The Supreme Court will on Monday hear the petition of Northern Zone head of Ryan International Group Francis Thomas seeking transfer of case.
Senior advocate K.T.S. Tulsi last week had requested the apex court to transfer the case from Haryana's Sohna to Delhi's Saket Court.
A bench, comprising Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices Amitava Roy and A.M. Khanwilkar considered Tulsi's submission that "the fundamental right of a person to be represented by a lawyer of his choice was getting infringed."
Meanwhile, the post-mortem report published on Saturday revealed that shock and hemorrhage caused the death of Pradyuman.
The report further stated that the external injury caused by single-edged sharp weapon and its consequences were enough to cause death in normal case of nature.
On September 8, the seven-year-old was found dead inside the toilet of the Ryan International School, Gurugram, with his throat slit.
