Scarlett Johansson has sold her apartment in the Hollywood Versailles Tower for 470,000 dollars.
According to E! News, the 28-year-old actress had brought the property for 372,000 dollars in 2003.
She got her one-bedroom, two-bathroom property completely refurbished; the apartment now features gleaming hardwood floors, marble countertops, stone and wood panelled walls, Contactmusic reported.
The apartment is said to offer panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills, Griffith Observatory and Downtown Los Angeles.
The building that the apartment is housed in offers a full list of luxury services, including a pool, gym, valet and 24-hour doorman.
