Simon Cowell has confessed that he feels remorseful over his affair with Lauren Silverman.
The 54-year-old music mogul, who is expecting his first baby with the 37-year-old New York socialite, admitted that he feels bad to have let down a friend, the Daily Express reported.
However, he added that he never thought he would have a baby, which he described as "like coming out of a fog".
Lauren recently finalised her divorce from Andrew Silverman, who was Cowell's close pal.
