Sarah Jessica Parker has rebuffed rumors that she will be replacing US Vogue editor and close pal Anna Wintour when the latter steps down from her position for retirement.
A rep of the 'Sex and the City' star said that the rumours are "false," the Daily Express reported.
Meanwhile, a Vogue rep has also revealed that Wintour and Parker have been friends for a long time and the idea of the 48-year-old actress taking Wintour's position at the publication has never been discussed.
Another UK tabloid reported that becoming Vogue's editor would be a fun thing for Parker, but she already has so much on her plate that it's not an option, adding that she actually has never considered it before.
