England legend Alec Stewart has said that the way back for his nation into the Ashes series is to fight fire with fire from ball one in the second Test.

In a column for the Mirror, Stewart said that England were bullied and badly beaten up by an impressive Australian side in the first Test in Brisbane.

Stewart added that the loss of Jonathan Trott, their No.3 batsman, means the selectors have to now find a replacement.

If England are to get back into the series then they must come out fighting in Adelaide from ball one this Thursday, the former cricketer added.
