The two leaders held talks on issues of mutual interest to both countries.
Pandey will also call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the latter's official residence at 7, Race Course Road (RCR) later in the day.
Pandey's visit comes ahead of Nepal hosting the 18th SAARC Summit, which is scheduled to be held on November 26-27. The SAARC preparatory committee meeting, where the joint secretaries of the nations will meet, is planned for November 22 and the foreign secretary level standing committee will meet from November 23-24
