A United States drone strike reportedly killed three suspected militants in Miramshah Bazaar in North Waziristan Agency on Wednesday night.
Official intelligence sources revealed that three other people were also injured when the drone fired two missiles on a compound in Zafar Town area, and the number of casualties is likely to increase, Dawn News reports.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had urged President Barack Obama last week to end drone strikes in its tribal regions, which killed several innocent civilians, but Obama made no commitment to end the unmanned drone operations in Pakistan.
