Tom Hardy has officially joined Leonardo DiCaprio in Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu's 'The Revenant', which is based on Michael Punke's novel.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the story revolves around on a 19th century fur trapped, who is mauled by a grizzly bear and left for dead, but he survives and embarks on a revenge mission against the people who robbed and betrayed him.
The film will start production on September 22, 2014, and may release in 2015.
Anonymous Content's Steve Golin, Keith Redmon and David Kanter will produce the film along with Inarritu, Arnon Milchan and James Skotchdopole.
