Tulisa has accepted 42,500 pounds in damages from news website over its wrongful publication of a still from a sex tape which appeared on the internet.
The 25-year-old English singer-songwriter has accepted the settlement after it was ruled that TNT was the only mainstream publisher to publish a still which had encouraged people to look for illegal copies of the video, the Mirror reported.
The settlement emerged during a hearing at London's High Court about the legal costs arising from breach of privacy proceedings brought by Tulisa against a number of defendants in March last year.
