Oprah Winfrey has opened up why she never got married to her long-term boyfriend Stedman Graham.
The 59-year-old talk show host, who has been dating her businessman boyfriend since 1986, told Lorraine Kelly that if she wanted to get married, she could have made the time, Metro.co.uk reported.
Winfrey said that she is not a traditional woman and didn't have a traditional life, and she thinks if Graham and she would have gotten married then they wouldn't have stayed married.
The TV personality said that if someone asked him, he would say the same, he is a pretty traditional man, but she has taught him to be non-traditional.
She said that the very idea of what it means to be a wife and the responsibility and the sacrifice that carries, she wouldn't have held that very well, she wouldn't have held that space very well.
