Xenture Technologies expands global footprint

Xenture Technologies on Thursday announced its global expansion plan, including its SaaS initiative called Trabaajo-Smart recruitment. Trabaajo is a unique fourth generation job portal and mobile application.

It has been five months and the Trabaajo has been launched and is going places. The company has stepped into international territories with branches in US and Singapore. Some other regions like Paris, Bangkok, Hong Kong and California have also been short listed where to open Trabaajo's offices by end of this financial year.

Trabaajo, a smart recruitment application is a first of its kind mobile application for job search and recruitment facilities for all positions across the globe. Trabaajo is a one stop solution for recruitment process.

It is a self-sufficient mechanism driving world's largest industries, companies and student community under one platform. Recruiters and applicant will be able to complete critical, time-sensitive tasks on the go, so that recruiters and candidates are never left or lost in the traffic or waiting for evaluations and approvals.

Trabaajo allows potential candidates to give live video interviews based on their aptitude test anywhere in the country and at any time convenient to them. Recruiters can post job opening at free of cost, it provide free document verification and detailed resume format as per the industry standards, hiring analytics and talent engagement module for its customers.

Keeping in view the telecommunication infrastructure in India the platform has been optimised to run at bandwidth as low as 128 kbps or 2G networks.
