Yahoo has reportedly acquired a startup that lets people create infographics and videos out of social data.
Vizify lets people create interactive visualizations based on data involving what they share online, creating a type of Internet biography.
According to Cnet, Vizify would be shutting down the product as the team joins Yahoo and its website has already started showing its sky-blue logo turn to Yahoo's purple.
Vizify said that they were excited to bring a more visual approach to data at Yahoo.
The buyout, for an undisclosed amount, is Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer's 37th acquisition since taking the reins at the company in 2012.
A Yahoo spokesperson said that they found in Vizify a company that shares their passion for visualization technology and the user experience.
