It seems like the German luxury carmakers are still celebrating the Indian festive season, even it passed. Yesterday, the company teased one image on its Facebook fan page stating, "the most stylish celebrations are about to become even more irresistible, Coming Soon". We learned that the company will launch a celebratory edition of its most popular A4 sedan. Today, Audi India has announced the A4 Celebration Edition.
The complete details of the vehicle are yet to be announced, however the advertisement in a prominent news paper mentioned that it will be a limited edition. With a lower price tag, the limited A4 edition misses out some features. Elements like projector headlamps, Audi MMI, cruise control, sunroof have been ripped of to achieve a lower price tag.
The A4 Celebration Edition has been priced at Rs. 25.99 lakh, which is around Rs. 2.5 lakh lesser than the original entry level model. It is still unclear what could be the engine to be offered with this edition. However, we expect it to get a 2.0-litre TDI engine that churns out a maximum power output of 140bhp and 320Nm of top torque.
