Free Monsoon Check-Up Camp to be organized by Tata Motors

A nationwide Free Monsoon Check-Up camp for its passenger cars has been announced by Tata Motors starting from the 28th July to 2nd August, 2015. 585 workshops will play host to this event across 293 cities. Along with discounts on labour charges, lubricants and Tata Motors original parts, customers can also avail vehicle- checkup and top wash for free.

Tata Motors has connected itself with more than 25 accessories and lubricants suppliers who will provide a discount of up to 10% on their products.

Mayank Pareek, President, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors said, “Further to the success of the first Mega Service Camp, we are very pleased to announce the roll out of the second phase. We believe that after-market services are imperative to enhance customer experience. This service camp is specially targeted to help our customers overcome issues that are resultant of the monsoons. Sales and Service from Tata Motors is evolving and adopting a customer centric approach, creating new benchmarks and identity for the company.”

After a successful first phase, this monsoon camp focuses on tyres and batteries as well along with labour, lubes, parts, safe monsoon driving tips etc. Information will also be provided to consumers which will enlighten them on how to take care of their vehicles in monsoon.
