World's fastest production car has finally made its appearance, Hennessey's Venom GT, that beats the earlier claimed fastest car, Bugatti Veyron with an incredible top speed of 435 kilometres per hour. With a 7.0-litre twin turbo V8 engine, the beast has broken all the set records and turns out to be the top notch sports car.
The US firm Hennessey's super sportscar, Venom GT beats the record by setting another benchmark with 435 km/h during the test drive at Kennedy sapce Centre in Florida, considerably the track made for space shuttles. The lotus exige silhoutte adds to the sporty appeal of the sports car. Though the car could not mark its place in the Guinness book of records, as for that Venom got to do two test runs, one in the direction of winds and other against the wind flow.
When asked to the driver, Brian Smith, he believed the Venom GT could accelerate much further and could have touched greater number with the speeds. Proved as the fastest thing on four wheels, if estimated will take less than 4hours to cruise from Delhi to Mumbai, if roads and regulations permit it to run on Indian roads.
