Advanta announces change in directorate

Through board resolution on 31 March 2015

Advanta announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the following by way of passing a circular resolution dated 31 March 2015:

1. Appointment of Jaidev R. Shroff as Vice Chairman of the Company w.e.f. 31 March 2015.

2. Appointment of Hardeep Singh as Chairman of the Company w.e.f. 31 March 2015.

3. Appointment of Pragna C. Mankermi as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 31 March 2015.
